What a weed it will grow anywhere it is allowed, but what a flower and what a plant. Feverfew is a perennial, and herbaceous in habit. When once planted it gives years of abundant supply of blossoms with little attention except perhaps for blackfly. It is said it cures fever and tincture made from it gives instant relief from insect bites. I always have a few plants growing and flowering all year round. In full bloom it is a magnificient flowering herbaceous plant that grows to about 18 inches(45cm). There is even a double white variety. This wild herbal variety does me fine.
