Heliotrope arborescens Cherry Pie

This is a plant that turns heads in at least two ways. One is the flower itself and the other is the scent. It scent the area around and as people pass they wonder where the scent is comming from. The scent remind one of cherry pies just from the oven, hence its common name. There are numerous varieties and cultivars to choose from. In nature it is a short live shrub growing to about four feet(1.2mtrs). This one is trained as a small standard tree. and grown in a chimney pot.
