Another plant from South Africa. It is a beautiful plant when in flower. It needs special watering and sufficient light, but not direct sunlight, as this scorches the leaves. This is especially so if it is grown under glass. From about October to March it needs no or little water and a cool position. When it starts to grow in the spring watering can begin. It does not seem to object to being potbound.
