I have tried to grow this orchid many years ago without success. I am trying again. This time I I have put a vase of water with some moss above it and trying to spray every day as my front room is too dry. So far it is working, but success will depend on flowering next year. I have found the best way to keep this plant and have it repeat flowering is to make an automatic mister which mists the roots several times a day. I have done this by buying one of those automatic room scenters and replace the canister with one containing water pressurised using a car tyre pump. This worked great until the canister rusted and started to stain the window and plants. Another method needs to be found.
