Back to Plant list

This semi hardy orchid is beautiful in the spring. It is easily grown from new pseudobulbs and produces pseudobulbs which flower the following year. It survives outside, but a heavy frost (-5 or below) will kill it. Each pseudobulbs developed from the old pseudobulb produces one leaf and a flower the following year. The plant needs to be raised up to appreciate the orchid flowers which last a long time.
