At this time of the year my Phalanopsis start producing flowering spikes and will be flowering in a few weeks. Here two plants are sending up flowering shoots. This well shaded, south facing, window ledge, which is covered with a curtain in the evening and night seems to be the ideal place for orchids of several species.
